What is the why?
Why do you work where you work?
Why do you love who you love?
Why do you wear those clothes?
Why do you eat that kind of food?
Why do you exercise?
Now, go back and look at your reasons. Do they empower you? Are they reasons built in fear or strength? Are they for you or someone else? Are they in service to the world or are they to gain approval from someone?
Why is that your why?
Keep going deeper until you achieve Brutal Honesty. Keep going until there is no more question as to WHY you do something.
Then, here comes the hard part...tell someone who can then argue, confront, and pick apart your why and play devils advocate for you.
You have to be able to defend and possible let go of WHY you do something to find the real reason. You may have too much ego at stake to see the real WHY behind your answer.
So, WHY should you do this?
Why wouldn't you?
My love to you all,
Aaron
